Refund and Returns Policy

At CARU, each jewellery piece is carefully handcrafted with love and excellence. We want you to be completely satisfied with your order.
Eligibility for Returns or Exchanges
• Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
• For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or arrive damaged.
Process
1. Email us at caruprettythings@gmail.com with your order number, proof of purchase, and reason for return/exchange.
2. Once approved, you may return the item via drop-off, The Courier Guy or Pudo (at your own cost).
3. When we receive and inspect the item, we will confirm if a replacement, store credit, or refund is applicable.
Non-Returnable Items
• Custom or made-to-order jewellery.
• Earrings (for hygiene reasons, unless faulty).
Refunds
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days and credited to your original payment method.
• Delivery fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the item was defective or incorrectly supplied.
Exchanges
• Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
• If the requested item is unavailable, you may choose a similar item of equal value or request store credit.
Damaged or Faulty Items
• If your jewellery arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us within 48 hours with clear photos.
• We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund at no extra cost to you.
