Delivery Policy

At CARU, we aim to make receiving your jewellery as seamless as possible. We offer both collection and delivery options to suit your needs.

• Customers may choose to collect their order in person.

• Once your order is ready, we will notify you via email or WhatsApp with collection details and times.

We partner with trusted delivery services to ensure your jewellery reaches you safely:

1. Pudo (Locker-to-Locker)

• Convenient self-service locker delivery across South Africa.

• You will receive a PIN code to collect your parcel once it arrives at your chosen locker.

2. The Courier Guy

• Door-to-door delivery directly to your shipping address.

• Deliveries are made Monday–Friday during business hours.

• Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are entered correctly when placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect information provided.

• For locker deliveries, make sure to select a Pudo locker location that is convenient and accessible to you.

• Standard delivery time is 2–5 working days, depending on your location.

• Remote or outlying areas may take slightly longer.

• You will receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

• Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your selected option.

• Free delivery may apply on promotional offers (if applicable).

• If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the parcel and jewellery.

• Should your parcel be lost in transit, we will liaise with the courier company to resolve the matter.
